how do i set up a cake tasting?
we do not do traditional cake tastings, due to the overall structure and hours of our shop. we can sample our most popular cake flavors/fillings in an 8oz mason jar at $5.50 each when ordered at least 1 week in advance. to request a cake tasting jar(s) please text 702.834.0175.
do you offer delivery?
we currently offer delivery in the greater las vegas area, pricing is subject to location. the las vegas strip is a flat rate of $40, delivered to you at the bell desk area. some properties are excluded. for inquiries please text 702.834.0175.
how far in advance should i place an order?
such a difficult question to answer! we are a smaller, made-to-order shop so our availability is limited. i recommend booking as soon as you know your date. the site minimum is 3 days, but we are often booked 1-2 weeks in advance. availability is changed and posted daily. during holiday & wedding season we do tend to book up faster so please place your orders as far in advance as possible. i hate saying no & turning you guys down.
i don't see my design on your online ordering.
for a custom cake quote, please text 702.834.0175 with your ideas, serving size, and date needed. please expect a 2-3 day response time. if it exceeds the 3 day mark please resend your message or call.
We appreciate your support during these hard times. Our store is currently (CLOSED) for walk-ins due to COVID-19. We hope to be opening for the public soon! To protect you, and us, our store is only open for limited contact pickups, when orders are placed in advance. When you arrive on your scheduled pickup date/time, please send a TEXT to 7028340175 with a screenshot of your order letting us know you are outside. We ask for your patience as we add the final touches and bring the order out to you. Again, thankyou so much for your purchase. We hope you and your loved ones are safe!
Please note that all online payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products. If you would like to change the design, you must do so 10+ days before your order is due and pay a $10 design change fee. You must be able to come in store to sign off on any changes. We understand that there's a lot of uncertainty due to COVID-19, so please read before making your payment and agreeing to this order. We are only taking limited orders due to reduced staff and usually always have to turn people down, so please let us know AS MUCH IN ADVANCE as possible if you need a change of date or cancellation so we can give your spot to someone else. That being said, with 10+ days notice the amount that you paid can be used for another order up to one year away from your original order date. There will be no rescheduling or changing the design past the 10 day mark.
